Refund policy

Purchasing from Sujjis Stitch & Designer Wear indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

NO RETURNS POLICY:

Sujjis Stitch & Designer Wear does not provide refunds or accept returns for any reason, except in cases where the item received is damaged or incorrect.
Products once sold are only eligible for an exchange as per the conditions outlined below.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing the order or before the item has been dispatched.

Once an item has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible under any circumstances.

SIZE EXCHANGES:

Customers can request a size exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery. The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Products will only be accepted in their original packaging, including hang tags, bags, and boxes.
To initiate an exchange, email us at sujjis.contact@gmail.com with your order number and the desired size. If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer an exchange for a different variant of the same product, provided the price is the same or lower.
Exchanges are strictly allowed only once per order. Any subsequent requests for exchanges on the same order will not be entertained.

EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY:

Items to be exchanged must be in their original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original packaging, including hangers, bags, tags, and boxes.
Any item that is found to be damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or in any condition other than its original state will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
We do not accept exchange requests if the product does not meet personal preferences or if the customer does not like the fabric.

EXCHANGE PROCESS:

Sujjis Stitch & Designer Wear does not provide a free pickup service for exchanges. Customers are responsible for returning the item at their own cost and risk.
If you wish to use our pickup service, a fee of Rs. 200 will be charged. However, Sujjis Stitch & Designer Wear is not liable for any loss or damage that occurs during the pickup process arranged by us or the customer.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange as per the above conditions.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS:

In case you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must provide an opening video showing the item's condition clearly at the time of receipt. This video should be unedited and captured immediately upon opening the package.
Email the video along with your order details to sujjis.contact@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Upon verification, we will replace the damaged or incorrect item with the correct one at no additional cost. If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be processed.

REFUNDS:

Refunds are only applicable when a damaged or incorrect item cannot be replaced.
Refunds will be processed within 4-5 business days and credited back to the original payment method. If the payment was made via cash, customers must provide their bank details (Name, Account Number, IFSC Code, Bank Name, Branch) for the refund to be processed.
No refunds will be issued for items that are damaged due to personal reasons or customer preference.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

All policies are subject to change without prior notice. Sujjis Stitch & Designer Wear reserves the right to refuse any request that does not comply with our policies.
By purchasing from Sujjis Stitch & Designer Wear, you agree to comply with all our terms and conditions.

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS:

We do not consider products as damaged'

If the dress doesn't suit you
If you don't like the fabric quality/texture (fabric looking rough,old etc...). Fabric might look slightly different due to variety of printing process.
For any small issue like tassels pulled (as that might happen during transit of the product, you can easily fix it).
For color variations as 10-20% color difference depends on the screen resolutions and lights.
For -/+5% variations comes in size, will not be considered as damaged product.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products such as special orders or personalised.

All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non-returnable, non refundable and non-exchangeable.
